Give and Take is more than just a shop - we operate a part-exchange system and take donations too.
If you have clean and desirable clothing languishing at the back of a wardrobe, or pieces of furniture you don’t really have room for, bring them in to Give and Take! We’ll give you store credit of 50% of your items’ NET selling price.
Of course, you can donate your items too – if you do, 100% of the profits will go to Breakthrough, our supported charity.
Everything else we sell is brand new, and we try to responsibly source all of our stock. We add a £1 discretionary donation to Breakthrough on all purchases over £10.
We try to keep our volume of stock low and sell only those pieces that would be genuinely desirable to a shopper today. For clothes, this also means items that are clean and undamaged. Please don’t be offended if we don’t accept everything you bring – everything we don’t use will be passed on to a charity shop.
